Jul 10, 2008, June was a busy month!

June was a very busy month. It started off with the Lacey Chamber of Commerce annual Golf Tournament on June 6th.

Jeff Kearin (www.JeffKearin.com), with American Family Insurance, sponsored the 18th Hole, and invited me to bring my massage chair. What a blast that was! It was cold, rainy, and windy... I have never massaged so many people wearing rain gear in my life! But everyone was in good spirits, and we all had a great time. Thanks again to Jeff for inviting me!

For those of you who are golfers, and even those of you who would just like to get some new stretches to do, I highly recommend signing up for a free report by Susan Hill, an avid golfer and professional golf fitness trainer.

The report is titled "5 Golf Fitness Stretches... Every Golfer Should Know and Be Doing!". You will also receive a free newsletter filled with fitness tips and resources to help improve your game. Don't worry, you can always cancel it if you don't want to receive it.

After the tournament, I started a major house renovation project. I decided to remove all the carpeting from my home, and replace it with laminate flooring. What a job that turned out to be. I took a break the last week or so, but now I'm going to be back at it to finish the last room, trim out the new sliding glass door, and put up the baseboard trim.

It's always interesting trying to run a business in a construction zone, and everyone was very adaptable during the transition. Luckily doing the trim won't be so disruptive. :o)

I have to say, I hardly even recognize my house! The laminate flooring made a dramatic difference. I had been wanting to do it for years, along with the sliding glass door out of the dining room, and I just finally took the plunge and dove into it head first.

Once this project is totally finished, I'll be back at doing my newsletter, and creating more pages for my website. I decided to let my other site expire, and just combine the information.

In fact, since I'm being lazy, I'm going to just copy this info into my newsletter for this month!

It's been beautiful here in the PNW lately, so get out and enjoy the sun!!
