found Dr. Kather's website while I was doing a search on thyroid conditions. I made an appointment in Jan,
2009, to get my thyroid and hormone levels checked. Her office specializes in bioidentical hormones,
metabolic, and functional medicine. From her website: "Our mission at Advanced Family Wellness, PS is to
help you better regulate your hormones and metabolism so that you can experience life with better
quality."
I urge you to check out her website, especially if you haven't been "feeling like yourself"
lately. I feel fortunate to have found her, and am looking forward to getting my thyroid functioning
fully again, along with getting other hormones balanced out.

Bath, DMD. Dental care is an important part of being healthy, and while most of us don't look forward to
going to the dentist, Dr. Bath and his staff go out of their way to see to your comfort. The office is
very high-tech, but they haven't lost that personal touch. If you are looking for an excellent dentist,

Stormking Spa and Cabins Stormking is located just
one mile from the main entrance to Mount Rainier National Park. This is the perfect romantic getaway!
Each cabin has its own private hot tub, and resident deer. Enjoy the different outdoor activities -
hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, sightseeing - depending on the season, then come back to your cabin to
relax. Or book a couples massage package, and really let go of your worries and stress!
Feline Friends Their motto is:
"Saving One Life At A Time". This is where I got my latest two cats from. Ms Princess Purdy, a fluffy
white persian with a lot of catitude, and Action Jaxson, a mellow fellow with short black hair. Feline
Friends is a non-profit organization that is run by volunteers, saving stray cats and kittens. Even if
you aren't inclined to adopt a cat, you can still donate to the organization. There are links on the site
for you to do so. Please help out this wonderful "cat house"!
Adopt-A-Pet This is another
wonderful non-profit organization "devoted to saving the lives of homeless animals and placing them in
caring, responsible homes". This is the site for you dog lovers! As with Feline Friends, there are links
on the site so that you can donate to their organization, without adopting. My mom is one of the
dedicated volunteers that works there!

South Sound Area Kayakers This is the kayak club
that I belong to. It's a wonderful group of people, and there are all levels of experienced kayakers. So
if you are brand new to kayaking, come on out with us, and have fun while learning! If you are more
experienced, we offer more challenging trips, also.
